Job Description

We are looking for an Import & Export Administrator to join our team full-time, and working hours will be defined based on the right candidate’s expertise.Key Responsibilities Will Include (But Not Limited To):

  • Arriving inbound trucks/ discharging T documents
  • Arriving shipments to the ETSF, and monitoring the inventory records.
  • Entering Customs entries accurately, and following regulations
  • Calling shippers/ consignees to confirm requirements,
  • Scanning/ filing PODs and release notes
  • General office duties
    • You Will Need To Be:
  • Familiar with Customs Software, preferably Descartes.
  • Flexible, Punctual & Reliable
  • PC Literate, to a high level
  • Able to prioritise, organise and work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • You Will Need To Have:
  • Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • High Attention to Detail
  • 5 years referencing and a clear criminal record - as these need to be checked and verified if successful.
    • Desirable Skills:
  • Good Geographical Knowledge.
  • Knowledge of vehicles / loading capacities
