Job Description

Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established, dynamic organisation based in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business as a Customer Account Manager on a full-time permanent basis SummaryYou will be creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers by overseeing a portfolio of customersDuties & Responsibilities

  • Processing sales orders
  • Building strong rapport with existing customers
  • Processing and converting quotations
  • Allocating and shipping goods
  • Responding to emails, web chat and phone calls from customers
  • Ensuring all discrepancies are handled quickly and professionally
  • Management of back orders and date management of customer orders
Skills and experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Computer literate ideally CRM software experience
  • Experience in delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to work accurately
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
