Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse OperativeLocation: Coleshill, BirminghamSalary: £26,000 per annum (basic)Working Hours: Monday to Friday. No weekend workAre you a hardworking and motivated individual looking for a hands-on role in a dynamic environment Join our team as a Warehouse Operative and contribute to the smooth operations of our warehouse.Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing furniture shipments.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and conducting regular stock checks.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders with attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Quality Control: Inspect furniture items for quality, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture items.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling orders.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
