Were looking for a talented Warehouse Operative to work for our client.They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of warehouse environments, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to become multi-skilled across the Warehouse providing support to the Repack team, Goods-In QA and UK Despatch so its essentialthat you are driven and eager to learn.----The RoleAs the Warehouse Operative youll report to the Warehouse Manager and will be primarily responsible for delivering exceptional service as part of a fast-paced warehouse team, helping fulfil customer orders in accordance with internal policies and customersrequirements.Youll be tasked with the following:- Picking & packing goods for dispatch in accordance with KPIs and targets- Carrying out daily stock takes, ensuring all stock is 100% accurate and any discrepancies corrected- Stock put away, maintaining the integrity of the stock location software to improve pick efficiency - Updating shipments using the Winman ERP system- Labelling of items as necessary- Driving forklift trucks in a safe and responsible manner----The CandidateThe ideal candidate for this Warehouse Operative role will have relevant experience of warehouse environments, comfortable handling, and packaging dangerous / hazardous goods.
