Job Description

Customer Service Administrator - 3 months £28,000 ColeshillThe companyThe business is relocating to the West Midlands over the coming months an international business that provide materials to the building trade. Employing over 1000 people, covering 30 countries worldwide.What will you do:

  • Process sales orders
  • Handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • Be the first point of contact with logistics providers
  • Run sales reports for regional managers
  • Promote web shop and promotions for B2B Customers
  • Manage client price lists
  • Support our UK and ROI customer base with their sales orders, queries and deliveries.
  • Responsible for processing the sales orders receives from the customer base daily via phone, email or e-commerce
What will you need
  • Driver and own transport due to location
  • Experience within an office based customer service role
  • Confident, excellent communication skills and good telephone manner
  • Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Understanding UK and International order processing
