Job Description

Talent Development PartnerLocationHybrid < 1-2 days in the office/Support Centre on Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill.Become aTalent Development PartnerWe’re looking for a Talent Development Partner, to work with our Support Centre colleagues (that includes our Distribution team on site too). You’ll be the one accountable for supporting your functions with their learning and development needs. You identifybehavioural and technical training gaps, then design and deliver content that aligns with our business strategy, shared values, and behaviours. Your goal To foster a learning culture among your colleagues so they can keep growing and developing. We need someonewho’s strong at delivering training too, whether its through workshops, webinars, creating online self-led resources, or coordinating with external training providers.Fancy a Qualification Whilst You Work – Yes, we pay for that!We are working with some amazing Apprenticeship providers who are designing something special for us. Your Mission
  • Ensure every new colleague has a structured induction in place.
  • Design and deliver training to support teams the overall business strategy.
  • Content is developed in the most appropriate format for the target audience and business need.
  • Effectively communicate the core curriculum and training available
  • Gain insight into market leading initiatives.
  • Support collaborative working between functions.
  • Build relationships with key business stakeholders giving professional and credible advice.
  • Effectively co-create content with subject matter experts to meet learning needs.
  • Identify current and future training and development needs for my teams.
  • Design training using theories and methods that maximise engagement and impact.
  • Keep up to date with business development needs and priorities, and build training as required.
  • Collate and act on training and development feedback ensuring it constantly evolves and remains relevant.
