Safety, Health, Environment & Quality Manager.Warehousing & Logistics.Coleshill, West Midlands.Hybrid - two to three days a week in the office.Full-Time or Part-Time.Circa £55,000 to £60,000 Pro Rata.An opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety professional to join a growing organisation who have put Health & Safety front and centre of their day-to-day operations.We have been retained by this privately owned warehousing and logistics company to recruit a SHEQ Manager for their Coleshill site. This successful organisation, operating in a niche market, has significant plans for growth.Reporting to the Managing Director, as an integral part of the management team, the SHEQ Manager will be responsible for promoting a positive H&S culture across the company, ensuring legal compliance for H&S and environmental issues, and ongoing maintenanceof the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 accreditations.You must be NEBOSH qualified (or equivalent) with experience managing H&S in a similar environment (warehousing, manufacturing, etc) and an excellent understanding of H&S and environmental legislation, policies and procedures.Your experience must also include managing SHEQ management systems and successfully steering organisations through ISO audits.Strong communication and collaboration skills must be accompanied by your ability to educate, train and influence. The nature of the role dictates that you must have good IT skills, be adept at creating documentation and have a high attention to detail.This is a hybrid working role, probably requiring two to three days a week at the Company’s site.
