Job Description

Salesforce Business AnalystSalary: Circa £40kLocations: Hybrid working with two days a week to be office basedCoventry, Milton Keynes & Coleshill

They are on a mission to build a customer 360 with a single version of the truth for both their people and customers.They are building this on the Salesforce platform using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Account Engagement.They are now looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to help them with this. This is a key role where you will be optimising their business systems landscape, including Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink and Power BIYou will be responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing effective solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing expert guidance on best practices for these platforms across the company and their subsidiary.Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI processes and functionalities.Conduct in-depth analysis with our community to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Solution Design and Customization:
Design and configure solutions for Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI to address business needs, leveraging standard features and customisations.Develop and implement workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and custom objects as required.
  • Integration and Data Management:
Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI, and other systems as neededManage data migration, cleansing, and validation efforts to maintain data integrity.
  • User Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users for Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI to ensure effective adoption of functionalities.Act as the primary point of contact for related queries and issues.
  • Power BI Reporting and Dashboard Development:
Create and maintain Salesforce dashboard and reports along with Power BI reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insightsWork closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver insightful visualisations.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
Create comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system configurations, and user guides for Salesforce, JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BIGenerate reports within the respective platforms to support decision-making.Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with knowledge and experience of Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is desirable; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configurations, customizations, and data management.
  • Experience with JIRA, Mavenlink, and Power BI is a plus, including configuration and reporting capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
