Job Description

In a Nutshell…We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our internal Recruitment team within Vistry Services. This role could be based out of either our Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham office or our office in Coleshill, North Warwickshire.As our Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for all of the day-to-day administrative tasks and offering support the wider Recruitment Team with their recruitment activity.We are pleased to say, this role can accommodate agile working arrangements.Lets cut to the chase, whats in it for you…

  • Previous experience within a recruitment administration role
  • Highly IT literate and proficient with MS applications - excel in particular
  • Understanding of current UK Employment law along with EDI and GDPR
  • Experience of using an ATS / CRM or similar (desirable)
  • Ability to manage and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and provide them with exceptional customer service
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable) - some travel will be required for team meetings
More about the Recruitment Administrator role…
  • Working with the wider business to assist them with updating the ATS and wider recruitment process
  • Assisting candidates with their application process
  • Consistently monitoring the ATS, ensuring the recruitment tracker is up to date (excel)
  • Auditing vacancies on the ATS ensuring correct approvals, benefit alignments & the data is accurate and uniformed
  • Sending communications from the ATS for jobs and offers in approval
  • Assisting the team with coordinating and scheduling interviews when required
  • Assisting the wider team with their reporting on time to hire, direct recruitment stats and live vacancies amongst others
  • Managing central inboxes
  • Cleansing the ATS to ensure compliance with GDPR
  • Assist with bi-annual PSL reviews
  • Liaise when required with agencies about specific vacancies/fee enquiries/TOB enquiries etc
  • Supporting the Head of Recruitment with administration in project work
