Citrus Recruit are excited to be working in partnership with a leading automotive company, recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to be based near to Coleshill.This is a very exciting a varied role, as the project manager role will be client facing, visiting customers around the Midlands and ensuring a smooth process between suppliers, customers and the on-site team.You will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of different customer requirements across the automotive industry and have the ability to multitask and deal with multiple projects in an organised and efficient manner.Were looking for someone who has exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills, who can show a commercial acumen and has good automotive knowledge.Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:* Managing projects on a day-to-day basis and projecting performance against agreed targets.* Creation of timing plans, managing suppliers, and dealing with delays and / or technical issues as they arise.* Visiting customers on a regular basis to understand needs and plan appropriately.* Preparation of Sales, Margin and Pipeline figures for weekly review.* Quoting and following up to review with prospects / customers.* Inputting into Sales Presentations and marketing materials.* Assessing risks and determining operational controls for projects and metrology, to be implemented by the Project Team.* Working with key suppliers / supplier development.Skills & experience required.* Experience in a Project Manager role within the automotive industry.* Proven track record of managing deliverables to budget and time frame constraints.* You must be fully computer literate and be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Project, Word and Excel.* Highly organised and excellent attention to detail.* Full UK driving licence is required.Benefits* Salary of up to £45,000* Hybrid working opportunity* Flexible hours* 20 days holiday plus bank holiday plus Christmas shutdown* Mileage paid for travel* Birthday leave* PensionCitrus Recruit acts as an employment business when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
