Project Manager PermanentWest MidlandsUp to £50k dependant on experience An amazing opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a highly regarded Birmingham based Main Contractor on a permanent basis to oversee all major projects within an Industrial and Commercial setting. The Project Manager will be responsible for: Being a direct report for the Contract Managers within the business Site visits on a regular basis Regular meetings with clients Overseeing Budgets and ensuring targets are met for the end user. Monitoring KPI targets and ensuring they are met Financial targets are met and timelines are adhered to. Must be able to work sustainably considering the Environment, Social and Economic effects Delivery of new Infrastructure both physically and socially The successful Project Manager will need: Construction related degree Experience managing large teams To be a strong leader who is confident to implement change where needed.
