Job Description

Procurement Manager required for this established beauty and aesthetics business in the Tamworth area.Our client has established themselves as the leader in their field and their continued growth has driven the need for an experienced and ambitious Procurement Manager to join their team. The role is focused on on the management of (indirects) consumables,capital equipment and utilities across their large portfolio of sites across the UK. This role is ideal for an analytical and detailed character that loves negotiation and adding value to the supply chain.Responsibilities will include:

  • Internal and external procurement to support the site portfolio and head office
  • Creating and developing the procurement strategy
  • Cost analysis and comparison
  • Remediation and redrafting of contracts
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Budgetary management
  • Delivering performance objectives in line with strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to manage, monitor, report and address supplier performance ensuring an enduring and sustainable, continuously improving source of supply
What youll need to be successful:
  • Be an ambitious individual with an enthusiasm to take their procurement career to the next level.
  • Be able to demonstrate significant influence, value add and supply chain improvement.
  • Have a proven ability to confidently engage stakeholders and build rapport at all levels across the organisation.
  • Have the ability to manage & prioritise a heavy workload to meet deadlines.
  • Be able to use E-Tendering tools, such as Delta
  • Have the ability to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory standards
Experience in a procurement role is essential.Package £50-55k + benefitsThe business will provide excellent opportunities for progression and development.This is predominantly and office based role with occasional national travel. You will need you own transport due to office location.
