Are you a talented Payroll Team LeaderCan you demonstrate that you have experience of managing a team of payroll professionalsIf so then you could be perfect for my client.----The Role:In the Payroll Team Leader role youll report to the Payroll Manager and will be primarily responsible for the management of the payroll team, whilst supporting the Payroll Manager with process improvement and creating efficiency.Specifically, youll be tasked with developing and improving the skills and experiences of the existing payroll team.Youll also be tasked with supporting the Payroll Manager to create efficiency and implementing new processes.Youll spend part of the working week based in the companys Birmingham office, and the rest of it working from home.
