This is a remarkable opportunity to work in the field of Medical Oncology, contributing to the care and treatment of patients with cancer.Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with cancer, specializing in Medical Oncology.
  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Administer chemotherapy and other systemic treatments.
  • Monitor and manage treatment response and adjust therapy as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including surgeons, radiation oncologists, and other specialists, to optimize patient care.
  • Participate in tumor board meetings and treatment planning discussions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Medical Oncology through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
  • Specialization in Medical Oncology and relevant board certification.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Medical Oncologist.
  • Proficient in administering chemotherapy and other systemic cancer treatments.
  • Excellent clinical skills and ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
