In this role, youll work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to create and deliver impactful learning opportunitiesfor our 4000 colleagues.As part of our dynamic People team, youllbe responsible foridentifying development needs and curating innovative learning experiences. From digital solutions to engaging face-to-face sessions with stakeholders at all levels (including Directors), youllbe the driving force behind our exciting L&D initiatives.Your commercial acumen will be invaluable as you ensure that our L&D efforts not only benefit our teams and customers, but also provide a strong return on investment. This hybrid role offers flexibility to across our Support Centre and from home, with occasionaltravel to other locations whenrequired.With your creative flair, excellent communication skills, and passion for supporting personal growth, youll be instrumental in unlocking the potential within our teams.
