Job Description

Learning and Development PartnerHybrid Working(Approx 2 days per week at our Support Centre)Join us as a Learning and Development Partner at The Works!Were on the lookout for a talented and passionate individual to join our People Team as a Learning and Development Partner. In this role, youll work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to create and deliver impactful learning opportunitiesfor our 4000 colleagues.As part of our dynamic People team, youllbe responsible foridentifying development needs and curating innovative learning experiences. From digital solutions to engaging face-to-face sessions with stakeholders at all levels (including Directors), youllbe the driving force behind our exciting L&D initiatives.Your commercial acumen will be invaluable as you ensure that our L&D efforts not only benefit our teams and customers, but also provide a strong return on investment. This hybrid role offers flexibility to across our Support Centre and from home, with occasionaltravel to other locations whenrequired.With your creative flair, excellent communication skills, and passion for supporting personal growth, youll be instrumental in unlocking the potential within our teams.   • Unleash your creativity and create targeted programs that blend various learning approaches, collaborating with our wider L&D team to deliver the biggest impact.
  • Dive into the design and development of emerging talent programs, apprenticeships, and Continuous Professional Development (CPD), empowering our team members to soar to new heights.
  • Take the stage and facilitate engaging webinars and interactive face-to-face training sessions across our entire business, showcasing your flair for adapting delivery styles depending on the stakeholders (Directors to Managers), whilst captivating audiences.
  • Ignite inspiration through the creation of engaging bitesize digital resources, sparking a fire within our teams topropel their own development, personal growth, and career progression on-demand.
  • Steer the mission to ensure the completion of all "essential" learning across our Support Centre, staying on the pulse of company and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with our external training partners, forming robust alliances to drive key change initiatives and reshape the learning landscape.
  • Be a superhero to our People team, offering support on broader projects like talent identification, assessment tools, and career paths.
  • Unleash your creative superpowers and design training and engagement materials that fuel our key business initiatives and focus areas.
  • Craft stand-alone content that aligns with crucial training needs and common themes across every business function.
  • Adapt and transform learning materials to suit diverse audiences across our business, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and captivating writing style.
  • Unite forces with the L&D Manager to bring our emerging talent strategy to life, nurturing the leaders of tomorrow.
  • Take the helm and develop our Learning Experience Platform (LXP), the ultimate hub for all L&D activities. Continuously evaluate the learner journey, making learning easily accessible and enchanting.
  • Dive deep into learning needs analysis for our Support Centre teams, gathering insights and making game-changing recommendations.
  • Take the stage once again and educate our managers and colleagues on the thrilling Performance Cycle, empowering them to unleash their full potential.
