Key Customer Success Manager - Large Logistics Distribution Business£50,000, with a true career path on offer for ambitious candidatesHybrid role and flexible working on offer!Are you an experienced Logistics Key Customer Success Manager who wants to join a business that actively promotes within, gives clear and defined goals and helps employees fulfil their true potential If so, we have the pleasure of recruiting for a leadinglogistics / 3PL business in Birmingham.The company works with consumer product brands and are a genuine leader in their field. With an established story to tell the company is growing at a rapid rate and this newly created role is all about client engagement in a distribution logistics company.You will have the opportunity to be responsible for the delivery and development of new service solutions for key existing clients and new business wins in a 3PL setting. You will have proven experience in providing consistently excellent customer service toclients, as well as clearly communicate client requirements and goals within the business to obtain support, resources and to ensure the quality-of-service delivery.A key part of this role is the line management of Junior Account Managers, where you can showcase your skills and expertise in to watching them nurture and grow!Your key duties will encompass:" Leading Business Reviews with the clients stakeholders"Project Management - managing large scale new business introductions or significant client projects."
