Temp to perm roleCompetitive salary of 22kDay shifts/ free parking/ professional developmentWe are seeking an experienced Electronics Technician / PCB solderer for a leading production company in the Coleshill area.They are offering day shifts of 0800-1600 Monday to Friday.Key roles of the technician include;- Testing, fault finding and repairing electronics products to a component level- Completion of test reports and documentation in accordance with company requirements and in line with the Quality Management System standards.- Upgrading and modification of PCB assemblies and finished product.- Interpretation and implementation of changes to assemblies and finished product in accordance with documentation.- Identifying product quality and performance issues and raising appropriate non-conformances.- Liaising with Design Engineering, Test Equipment Design and Manufacturing in support of meeting customer requirements and finished product quality and performance.- Keep informed and support the Company ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO9001 Quality Management System and improvement team activities including seeking new green opportunities and suggestions on how the business can improve.Candidate requirements for our Electronics Technician include;- Understanding of PCBs / surface mount technology- Experience in high technology testing methods- Experience in soldering and rework methods to IPC standards- Experience in meeting strict manufacturing targets- Diagnostic fault-finding experience as a manufacturing technician- Competent in basic MS office packages- Ideally you will come with some prior knowledge of telematics and may hold current accreditation in electronics engineering of some kindIn turn you will receive professional development potentially with future scope in training as a supervisor.If you are interested in applying to our Electronics PCB Technician role please click apply or email
