My client is a highly successful (Near Solihull/Airport), industry specialist with an outstanding reputation. Due to growth they have an opportunity for a Administrator to join their team in a close-knit family friendly feel environment. The role reports into a high energy Director has a real passion for the business and value of the people within it.Your role will be to set up new claims onto the system and then arrange a visit with the policy holder and manage the contractor’s diary. Where required you will book travel and accommodation. To support this, you will send reports and costs to the contractors and producing letters to all parties in the claim.The role will entail dealing with calls from clients so strong relationship management skills are key. In addition, you will follow through invoices. Your role will be crucial in exceeding customer expectations through administration and ownership.This role requires a quick thinking allrounder who can work quickly and accurately across multiple tasks. You will be a positive, vibrant individual who has a strong work ethic and an excellent telephone manner.Applicants will have previous administration experience. Experience of claims or working with contractors will be useful. Strong Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills will be required.
