Affiliate ExecutiveLocationHybrid < 1-2 days in the office/Support Centre on Hams Hall Distribution Park, Coleshill.Become an Affiliate ExecutiveReporting into the Manager, and with support of our affiliate partner platform, you will help to execute our affiliate strategy including social, influencers, cashback, voucher sites and partnerships. Working as part of the Digital Marketing team, you willensure activity is aligned to the wider marketing and trading plans, take ownership of the campaign execution, optimisation, and reporting process for affiliates, and build strong relationships with publishers to deliver exposure, traffic, and sales for thebusiness.Our CultureThe Works is an awesome place to… well, work! • Support the manager in the planning and execution of the affiliate strategy, with support of affiliate platform and account team.
• Build strong relationships with key affiliate partners, developing existing activity and identifying new testing opportunities including negotiating commissions and packages.
• Manage budget, monitor, and analyse performance against KPI’s and make recommendations to develop and action.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting on performance, learnings, and actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the marketing, trading, and buying teams, ensuring affiliate activity is aligned and supports wider marketing plans and business objectives.
• Use central marketing and trading plans to build a clear understanding of campaign plans, promotions, and product priorities to communicate to publishers.
• Conduct regular reviews of competitor activity and share insights in reporting.

Skills that will set you apart.

• Previous experience in an affiliate or digital marketing role beneficial
• Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate.
• Able to work in a fast paced, retail environment.
• Good understanding of Google Analytics
• Good knowledge and experience of all Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel.
• Passion for digital marketing, for testing, learning, and developing.
