Due to continuous growth plans of this fantastic business we have an additional sales opening join a successful and well established business based in the Internal sales team as a Telemarketing Executive. About The Role: · Supporting the External Business Development team you will Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities through booking meetings · Define a territory plan to effectively structure activity; adhere to milestones, deliverables, and critically review progress at all stages · Manage your pipeline in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of information and correct summarising of opportunities · Support the external sales team with lead generation and sales support · Work with the Marketing function to design and implement strategic sales campaigns · Internal Sales work collaboratively with the Head of New Business Development and wider leadership team to ensure initiatives are cohesive with the overall customer experience · Foster a culture of building long term and genuine relationships with our customers, identifying key individuals and maintaining a close network · Aim to delight customers and champion initiatives to further enhance the service or product offering · You will be the business advocate in maintaining strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders Essential Skills & Experience · Sales experience from either Telesales, Internal Sales, Telemarketing or Business Development background · Experience of targeting education, care, healthcare or housing sectors would be advantageous · Ability to use data analysis to inform prospecting, territory planning and decision-making · Successful sales cycle management experience · Excellent telephone manner About The Benefits · Working hours 8.30am - 5.30pm, with flexible working hours available after the 6 month probationary period · The salary is made up of GBP20000-22000k basic - the current team members are earning GBP25000 OTE. · 31 days holidays plus an option to buy and sell giving you more flexibility · Company Pension · Excellent training and opportunity to progress To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
