Job Description

Sharepoint / .NET Developer - ColchesterBrand new role to join a successful Financial Services business with offices in Colchester and across the UK. The role will work as part of the SharePoint team to deliver changes and improvements to the UK and US SharePoint environments and assist with BAU requests. The role will be also assist in:

  • Migration sites from SharePoint 2010/13 to SharePoint 2016
  • Development of custom built solutions using the SharePoint object model/web services
  • Development and Mantinance of custom built workflows using Nintex Workflow
  • Development and Mantinance of custom built forms using Nintex Forms
  • Development and Maintenance of custom web parts and applications.
    • The role will join a social team of Developers, an environment where ideas are welcome and the whole team get involved in planning for projects. They also working flexible working and options to work from home.Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Perform migrations using Metalogix Content Matrix
  • Enhance and create custom workflows using Nintex Workflow
  • Provide end user support for issues within SharePoint
  • Port custom built ASP.NET SharePoint programs to current SharePoint versions
    • Key Skills:
  • SharePoint 2010 / 2013/ 2016 Development
  • Experience in migrating content using Metalogix a plus
  • SharePoint Workflow Customizations / Development / Architecture
  • Integration with Business Connectivity Services
  • Central Administration as a farm administrator
  • C# / ASP.NET 3.5 - 4.5 Development for Customizing SharePoint
  • Designing / Develop SharePoint Features
  • Application Model Development in SharePoint 2013
  • Create Custom Master Pages in Site Templates
  • SharePoint Designer - Create Customized WebParts / Functions
  • WSS2 / WSS3 - Windows Share Point Services
  • C# / ASP.NET 3.5 - 4.0 Web-Based Development
  • jQuery, CSS, XML, XSLT, HTML 5, JavaScript, SQL
  • Windows Server 2008R2-2012R2, IIS, SQL Server 2008
  • PowerApps
  • Some knowledge of Angular2-5 is a Plus
