The homes provide independence, choice and individuality within a loving, home from home environment.The HomeWe are currently recruiting for their residential care facility for adults with physical and/or learning disabilities in the lovely village of Feering, close to Colchester.The home benefits from a ground floor design with full accessibility to all areas, including well maintaining communal gardens and grounds. Care offered at the home is focussed on independence and progression and staff strive to deliver positive outcomesfor all residents.The RoleThe client is currently looking for both Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to add to their already established and well experienced team.As a residential Support Worker you will be required to provide high quality care and support which meets the physical, emotional intellectual, social and cultural needs of the residents.Through providing a caring, supportive and nurturing environment, establishing positive relationships and ensuring that each young persons care plan is followed and amended to reflect their changing needs you will play a key role in their development andwellbeing.The main duties include but are not limited to:
