Care offered at the home is focussed on independence and progression and staff strive to deliver positive outcomesfor all residents.The RoleThe client is currently looking for both Senior Support Workers and Support Workers to add to their already established and well experienced team.As a residential Support Worker you will be required to provide high quality care and support which meets the physical, emotional intellectual, social and cultural needs of the residents.Through providing a caring, supportive and nurturing environment, establishing positive relationships and ensuring that each young persons care plan is followed and amended to reflect their changing needs you will play a key role in their development andwellbeing.The main duties include but are not limited to:
