Job Description

Alexander Knight are currently seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join one of its established clients based in Kelvedon, near Colchester, Essex.This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team who are part of an expanding business and need support for their current New Business Developers. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships. In addition to this we require a creative individual with some marketing knowledge to also be involved in marketing.A salary of between £18,000 & £21,000 is being offered depending on experience with opportunities to progress within the company.Initial interviews will be carried out on Zoom and if successful will be invited to a second face to face interview.

  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers
  • Account manage current clients
  • Support the sales team with daily tasks
  • Focus on engaging and retaining customers
  • Assist in preparing for sales meetings
  • Assist in marketing activities for the company
  • Monitor full teams progress, reporting day to day issues to Head of Operations
  • General Administration duties
  • Covering staff during sickness / annual leave
  • Any other duties that may be requested by the board of directors
  • Skills Required:
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A team player with good planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage own workload
  • Good telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft and outlook
  • Ability to demonstrate strong written & verbal communication skills
