Job Description

Alexander Knight are currently seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join one of its established clients based in Feering, near Colchester, Essex.This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable company who are expanding and need support for their New Business Developers. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills with the ability to build strong customer relationships.A salary of between £18,000 & £21,000 + commission is being offered depending on experience.Roles and responsibilities to include:

  • To manage the New Business Developer?s time and support in all tasks and time management
  • Hold strategy meetings with New Business Developer to help gain business
  • Account manage current clients
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Lead generate for new business developer
  • Conduct credit checks
  • Prepare and assist in presenting monthly figures to management
  • Input and update all relevant data onto company bespoke computer system
  • Create proposals for prospective clients
  • Assist and input into marketing projects
  • General Administration duties
  • Any other duties that may be requested by the board of directors
  • An excellent working environment is offered and on-site free parking.Owing to the location of the office, your own transport is essential. Required skills
