We are currently working with a privately owned, large social care group on their search for a Registered Manager to lead the teams and take management responsibility for two extra care services in Clacton on Sea and Colchester, EssexAs a Registered Manager you will lead a team, constantly ensuring the safe, caring, responsive and effective service to residents within the services. The consistency of the highest possible care will be your aim.To enable the best possible care provision we need your experience and ability to ensure that standards are fully compliant with CQC and local authority regulations and of course company policies.You will need to be
  • Passionate about care and have experience of person-centred support within an Extra Care setting.
  • Experienced in managing and formulating budgets.
  • Aware of and understand the social care regulatory framework
  • You will have strong leadership and communication skills and an ability to influence, motivate and engage at all levels.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent desirable
  • Management qualification at level 4 or above is desirable
