This valued role is at the heart of our operations and is the oil that keeps our marketing engine running smoothly!Main Purpose of the role:The purpose of the role is to support the Marketing function with the administration of marketing requests, team assignment, progression, communication, quality checking and delivery of assets and materials the business functions and ensure adherence to the Group’s Digital and Offline Marketing Strategy and brand guides. Working as an internal service provider to the whole Spicerhaart group, the role is vital to allow the marketing team to deliver exceptional marketing materials efficiently.This an exciting and varied role that would suit a skilled and experienced administrator. Previous exposure to the workings of a busy Marketing department is advantageous, but not essential.Activities/Main Duties:

  • Support the Marketing Team in the administration of the delivery of marketing projects and campaigns, including driving the efficient and effective preparation, presentation and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Supporting our internal customers with their ongoing Marketing requirements and work closely with:
  • the print team, ensuring they have all materials, information and guidance in order to carry out their Marketing campaigns.
  • the Digital Marketing team to ensure all requests are logged, worked on and completed by deadline.
  • the New Homes & Financial Services Marketing team to ensure all marketing requests are logged, worked on and completed by deadline.
  • First port of call for incoming emails and phone calls for the marketing department.
  • Build and develop great working relationships with third party suppliers, such as printers and merchandise suppliers.
  • Proof reading materials to ensure consistent format, quality and branding.
  • Set up and administration of social media, reviews and other software platforms including queries, password resets, etc.
  • Administration of marketing activities related to new starters, movers and leavers in the business.
  • Assistance with organisation and administration of content creation, including text and photo/video shoots.
  • Administration related to marketing email creation and distribution.
  • Assistance with compiling and distributing regular reporting.
  • Other marketing administration tasks as necessary.
  • Assistance on other marketing projects as necessary.Success Measures
  • Efficient, effective and accurate administration of tasks and projects.
  • Meet agreed objectives and deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly in the use of spreadsheets and database systems.
  • Collaboration software (e.g. Clubhouse, monday.com, Trello or equivalent) is desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal skills.
  • Attention to detail & analytical mind.
  • A self-starter with a thirst for learning.

  • Previous administration experience (essential).
  • Working in a marketing department environment (desirable).
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) English & Maths.
