We are seeking compassionate carers who are flexible and understanding. He lives on his own with the support of his care team and doeshave a keen interest in sports i.e. football. He also has 2 cats therefore it is essential that you are caring towards pets and have No fur allergies. His needs are autonomic dysreflexia, Cough assist, catheter care & clinical observationsThere will be an opportunity for you to attend a meet & greet / work shadow shifts prior to going livethis is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate where you will receive A1 training and job satisfaction.As a Healthcare Assistant you will have an opportunity to build on your current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including but not limited to:NG/Gastrostomy feeding, BIPAP, Cough Assist, Tracheostomy. Suction etc.This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work within a community setting, providing a high standard of clinical, physical and emotional support.We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to work in partnership with our nurses to provide clinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities. You will be compassionate and caring with a desire to succeed inall that you do. We have an excellent training programme in place to support you with your career developmentPay rate £230.00 per dayShift patterns are week on/week offAs a Healthcare Assistant with Advantage you will:

  • Be committed to providing the highest standard of compassionate care
  • A current enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred but not essential)
  • Sound knowledge of person centred care
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
