Naze MarineFor those that exploring the great outdoors, Naze Marine Holiday Park, with its relaxed atmosphere and peaceful setting, is perfect.The park is surrounded by areas of historical and natural importance whether its the sandy beaches and coastline thats filled with fossils or watch the sailing boats on the Walton Channel.With a great programme of activities and entertainment, Naze Marine offers customers the chance to holiday in one of our caravans, bring their own tourer or join us as a caravan owner.Maintenance ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and hands-on Maintenance Manager to join the team at our wonderful Naze Marine Holiday Park.Reporting to the Park Services Manager, you will be required to prepare and execute a maintenance plan across all Park facilities.Your key responsibilities will include:* Ensuring that maintenance jobs reported to reception are attended to promptly.* Maintaining all gardening equipment as per manufactures recommendations and company vehicles.* Maintaining all other machinery and equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.* Ensuring the security and safety of equipment at all times.* Monitoring gas bottles and energy consumption on park being pro-active. at all times to minimise any wastage.* Ensuring that grounds are kept neat and tidy at all times.* Assisting in capital projects and to liase with day to day contractors on park to ensure all jobs are completed to required standards.The successful Person will:* Have previous experience of working within the Holiday Park industry, ideally with a good knowledge of moving/siting Holiday Homes.* Be confident in leading, developing and motivating a Maintenance Team.* Ideally have experience of working in a trade based role i.e. carpentry or plumbing etc.* Hold a full driving licence.What can we offer you* Competitive rates of pay* Discretionary bonus packages* Fantastic team environment* 25% discount on holidays for yourself, friends and family* Stand-by breaks available at a discounted rate* Full uniform provided where necessary* Full trainingTo start Creating Amazing Memories with us, apply now!
