You will be required to plan and organise the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Programme, the Lifecycle Replacement schedule, reactive and any other ad hoc maintenance work required on site.You will be responsible for managing or be included in the 24 hours/365 day a year standby Rota, which will require you to be reactive responding to calls and carrying out repairs.Part of your role will involve you complying with Derwent Facilities Management Health and Safety Standards and ensuring we meet the required standard.
