A fabulous management role is now currently on offer, to work with a market leading professional services insurance business within the Fiduciary accounts side of their business.This organisation have undergone a massive amount of growth over the last couple of years, so feel they offer unrivalled career opportunities for ambitious professionals meaning there really has not been a better time to join them as they continue on their exciting journey!They are now looking for an experienced IBA Accounts professional, with management experience to join them as an IBA Team Manager, to manage a small team of 12 IBA Accounts Handlers! They are based in a large open plan office, with numerous chill out lounges for staff where there are sweets, cereals and coffee machines available.You will play a key role in the support of the IBA side of the business and sit on the senior leadership team that are responsible for dealing with specific client and / or market accounts and to undertake premium, claims and project management duties necessary to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided and required service levels are met or exceeded.You will be responsible for developing your team through training, education and coaching (which will include regular 1-2-1’s), managing the goal setting for your team, where you will evaluate and manage the performance of your team, including salary reviews and promotions, as well as addressing any performance or absence issues as necessary. This will also include getting involved in the recruitment process, to make sure you maintain headcount and achieve agreed client targets.You will also be required to work with, and assist the senior management team with the servicing of client accounts, making sure these are managed effectively and efficiently and hitting service level agreements.As above, they are only looking to speak to those with proven insurance IBA accounts experience, with a proven track record of customer management within a fiduciary environment.You must also have management experience in this area too, having an awareness of HR policies and practise too.
