Job Description

Kingswood Group are pleased to be supporting their client with the recruitment of a permanent HR Business Partner, based in Colchester.This role will play a key part in delivering expert HR support to the organisation across the whole employee lifecycle. Working with a diverse client group you will provide HR advice, guidance and support whilst raising awareness and promoting the valuethat a Business Partner can provide.Key skills, experience and knowledge required include:

  • CIPD qualification ideally Level 5 or above or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrable track record of success in an HR advisory or business partnering role
  • Up-to date knowledge of employment law and best practice, and experience of providing robust and pragmatic advice to managers within those parameters
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively influence client group in area of expertise, effectively contribute to team working.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to generate effective solutions, interpret data and turn it into evidence-based action plans.
  • Experience of successfully developing and implementing people management policies, procedures and other change programmes which improve business performance
