Job Description

About the role We are seeking experience care assistants to work within a home setting with a paediatric female client with a tracheostomy, ventilator, gastro and a life limiting condition.Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) will have an opportunity to build on their current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including Gastrostomy feeding, tracheostomy and ventilator.This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work within a community setting providing a high standard of clinical, physical and emotional support.We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) to work in partnership with our nurses to provide clinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities. You will be compassionate and caring with a sesire to succeed in all that you do. We have an excellent training programme in place to support you with your career developmentShifts are 12 hour night shift 19:00-07:00Rates of Pay: £14.56 - £17.92 per hour inclusive of holiday pay*Section 7 SDA AppliesWe can offer you:
