About the role We are seeking experience care assistants to work within a home setting with a paediatric female client with a tracheostomy, ventilator, gastro and a life limiting condition.Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) will have an opportunity to build on their current experience by working directly with clinical interventions including Gastrostomy feeding, tracheostomy and ventilator.This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career and work within a community setting providing a high standard of clinical, physical and emotional support.We are seeking Healthcare Assistants (HCA’s) to work in partnership with our nurses to provide clinical interventions for patients with a range of debilitating conditions and disabilities.
