I am recruiting for a Duty Manager for a well established utility organisation near Colchester. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly company in a fast-paced, pivotal role, with an excellent base salary and overtime opportunities.The Duty Manager position hinges on the organisation of transport resources and incident management, as the business responds to both planned and emergency client requirements. This will require the planning and routing of tankers and vans throughout the UK as well as decision making and communication with clients regarding incident response.You will work on a 12 hour shift basis (3 on, 2 off) covering days and nights and will be the key point of contact for drivers, staff and clients. Day shifts are office based, and night/weekend shifts can be done from home.For this position, you will need to have the following key skills and experience:
