A successful and well-established supplier of educational supplies is currently looking to recruit a highly skilled, proactive and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive at their Colchester HQ. If you have a passion for all things marketing and technology, with a proven track record of planning, executing and optimising online marketing campaigns within an ecommerce environment, then wed love to hear from you.With an attractive basic salary of up to £35,000 plus benefits, you would be joining an energetic, family run, and strongly financed business, well placed to handle the current economic conditions.---The RoleBased at the companys Colchester office, this is a 360-degree digital marketing role which will require you to have experience in the full scope of digital marketing. As the Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for growing and enhancing the companies online/digital presence through innovative marketing campaigns, SEO, PPC and website UX/optimisation across key digital marketing channels. The companys ambition is to provide their sector with the very best online experience and also be at the top of Google for industry relevant keywords.Responsibilities- Formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers- Full responsibility for continuous improvement of our website and developing strategies for extra online sales- Creating, designing and executing innovative and targeted email campaigns- Launching optimized online adverts through PPC to increase company and brand awareness thus driving more sales- Being actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)- Market research to ensure relevant and effective use of digital medias- Measuring performance and monitoring ROI and areas for improving sales, customer insight and new technologies- Market mapping, competitor and product benchmarking required for setting the digital communication strategy- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors---The Candidate- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive, ideally working within fast-paced ecommerce settings- Good level of experience with Magento2 CMS- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices- Well experienced in SEO, PPC and email marketing campaigns i.e. MailChimp- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)- Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)- Intermediate user of Photoshop and InDesign - Skills and experience in creative content writing- Analytical mindset and critical thinking- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills---The PackageOffering basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that places great emphasis on developing skilled members of staff and helping them progress in their careers.
