Job Description

Customer Account ManagerAn exciting opportunity to join a family run business near Earls Colne are on the lookout for an ambitious Customer Account Manager for a brand-new position due to growth, who can offer a first-class service to each individual customer. This is a growingbusiness who keep going from strength to strength, there is no better time to join!Due to the location, it is essential that you have a driving license with your own vehicle. Ample and free car parking on siteYou will be working within a varied and busy position within the fulfilling industry of e-commerce where customer relationships are key to their success and their customers.Outgoing, warm, and welcoming personalities with a positive and approachable outlook and those that want to get stuck in would be perfect for this role.

  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers via multiple channels
  • Assist with customer queries
  • Manage customers returns by consulting with customer, suppliers, and couriers.
  • Stock management, keep spreadsheets up to date with accurate information
  • Consult with other departments daily
  • Support with new client campaigns
  • Support with updating and implementing new procedures
  • Raising claims on the system
  • Enhance the customer experience
  • Updating and entering data into systems
  • Updating customer rates
  • Work closely with management to minimise errors
  • Welcoming and meeting with onsite customers
  • At busy peak periods, you may need to assist with picking and packing.
  • All general administration that goes alongside this busy role
