An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic nurse to join the Specialist Colorectal Nurse Team as a Colorectal Support Nurse. This is the ideal opportunity to start your specialist nursing career.We are looking for a nurse who has knowledge and experience in colorectal /cancer nursing. The right person must have a passion to provide high quality patient centred care.You will work with the Colorectal CNS to deliver a high quality specialist nursing service to patients and staff by promoting excellence in practice through teamwork and evidence based care and practice.The post holder will work closely with a variety of health care professionals and the management team, you will be a valued member of the team and you will have input in developing the colorectal service.The post is offered as a secondment opportunity or a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months initially but with the possibility of extension to 9 months.If you would like to know more please be in contact with Abby Hardy on or Abigail.Hardy@esneft.nhs.uk
