Job Description

Job Title: BMS SupervisorLocation: East EnglandSalary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Car Allowance/Company CarMy client is seeking a dynamic and experienced BMS Supervisor to join there team in East England. As a BMS Supervisor, you will take a leadership role in overseeing the efficient management and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS) within ourfacilities.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead a dedicated team in conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance on BMS components.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to BMS functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BMS into overall facility systems.
  • Stay informed about industry advancements and implement best practices for enhanced BMS efficiency.
  • Provide guidance and training to BMS technicians.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a BMS Supervisor is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems and HVAC systems.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
Package:
