The client is a successful, busy architectural practice, with a good reputation. Their work is varied and covers residential, retail, education, commercial and healthcareThey are looking for an experienced Architectural Technician with a strong design and technical focus, with an excellent working knowledge of Revit. You will assist the team in delivering a number of architectural projects across the UK in a variety of differentsectors.Essential & Desirable Skills: CIAT Accreditation Min 3+ years UK experience A strong background in running projects. An understanding of design software packages including Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of UK Building Regulations and RIBA stage 1-4. The preparation of detailed drawings and specifications. Experience within the Residential sector.
