Job Description

Senior Property Manager up to £35,000 pa Cobham, SurreyWe are looking for an experienced Property Manager looking for that next step in their career to lead a property management team that manages high quality AST properties in Cobham and the surrounding areas.

  • Salary up to £35,000 pa
  • Monday - Friday role
  • Opportunity to manage some of the finest large houses in this area of Surrey as head of an experienced property management team
  • ARLA Propertymark qualification is not essential but would be an advantage
  • You will need your own car for property visits when required

As Senior Property Manager responsibilities will include:
  • Managing a very high quality portfolio of residential properties for this company that is known for providing an exceptional and bespoke property management service
  • Leading a small but experienced property management team
  • Working closely with the Lettings team to ensure smooth transition of tenancies and renewals
  • Advising landlords on the management of their properties
  • Maintaining relationships with tenants
  • Instructing contractors to make sure repairs and maintenance are carried out correctly
  • Organising Gas/EPC/electrical inspections and renewal of certificates
  • Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
  • Arrange for inventory reports to be made
  • Notifying utility companies and local authorities of new tenancy details
As Senior Property Manager you will need to:
  • Have experience of managing a portfolio of AST residential properties
  • Experience of managing large houses would be an advantage
  • Be keen to adhere to the highest industry and legal standards providing an outstanding property management service
  • Have excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
  • Be accurate, numerate and with knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Possess great communication skills both written and verbal
