Job Description

Up to £45k Basic + Commission OTE £60k * 25 days holiday * Stunning location in Cobham * PensionProgressive company based in Cobham require a Sales Manager to join a fast growing part of the business. There are genuine career opportunities for the successful person.Your responsibilities will include;

  • Business development - approaching prospects, arranging meetings and negotiating contracts
  • Developing existing business - with a view to promoting a range of services
  • Overseeing the general smooth running of the office
  • Responsible for two support administrators
  • Manage day-to-day resource within the team
  • Provide support and guidance to the team in all elements of their roles
  • Supporting the finance team with accounting tasks
Successful candidate should have the following attributes:
  • Experience at senior level in similar sales role
  • Knowledge of payroll and accounting processes would be an advantage
  • Be commercially aware
  • Extremely motivated
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Fast learner
Additional information:
  • Hours 8am - 5pm
  • Excellent opportunities to progress
  • Must be a car driver
