Job Description

Are you a passionate Chef de Partie, with at least 12 months previous experience in a busy gastro pub or branded restaurant The position is for a very busy fresh food gastro pub near Cobham, Surrey. This is one of a small chain of a handful of gastro pubs.This busy pub is individually styled and offers freshly prepared quality food.Our client is offering a great hourly rate of up to £12.00, plus higher than average tips with long term career prospects.If you think you have the experience required, we look forward to receiving your CV and discussing this exciting opportunity with you further.Due to the village location you would be required to have your own transport.Your role as a Chef de Partie will include:

The successful Chef de Partie will have:
  • Have at least 18 months experience in a similar role
  • A background in a BUSY gastro pub or branded restaurant
  • Great cooking ability
  • An ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment
  • Own transport
