Job Description

Van Delivery DriverMonday - Friday: 1.30PM - 10.00PMPay Rate:£11.03 PER HOURWhats in it for mePeople Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Delivery Driver for our well-established client based in Coatbridge, this is a full time position offering excellent rates of pay.What are the benefits

Day to Day Duties
  • As a Van delivery driver, you must complete your daily vehicle checks both before and after your shift.
  • Working as part of a 2 person team.
  • you will be delivering furniture to customers homes from my clients Warehouse in Coatbridge.
  • You will leave the item you have delivered in the customers room of choice.
Essential Skills
  • Must hold current UK driving licence.
  • No more than 6 points on licence.
  • No DR or DD convictions can be accepted due to client’s insurance.
  • This can be a physically demanding role, so you must be prepared for heavy lifting.
Desirable Experience
  • Previous experience working within the distribution industry would be an advantage.
What training is provided
  • You will be buddied up with an experienced member of staff for a minimum 1 shift to learn the role.
