Currently hiring for a Trainee Planner/Scheduler to join our busy Coatbridge Office.Salary starts at £20k per annum DOE Based in Monklands Industrial Estate (Easily accessible by buses) Highly competitive salary depending on experience plus overtime 40 Hour week (5 x 8 hour shifts) Full training given Diverse opportunities in the business and realistic career progressionCandidates must possess solid IT skills and a be able to display a confident telephone manner as they will regularly be dealing with engineers. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate strong inter-personal skills, be confident in taking initiative,and able to prioritize their daily tasks. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to take charge and manage their own time effectively when working towards deadlines.This role involves planning and coordinating the daily work-load and monthly inspection schedule for operatives across the UK. You will be responsible for the effective scheduling of maintenance Work Orders via our Case Management System, you will demonstratethe ability to successfully manage the work-flow to ensure service contract compliance and to maximise productivity, efficiency and utilisation.In addition, you will also be expected to deal with any client enquiries in a prompt, professional manner, to organise and issue paperwork to allocated engineers.To be successful within this role you will be a proactive team player, self-motivated with good communication and IT skills. Possessing a keen eye for detail while being highly organized, you will thrive in a fast paced environment demonstrating strong customerservice skills.A good geographical knowledge of the UK with experience in administrative tasks and scheduling would be a distinct advantage, however full training will be given.
