Project Manager - New Product DevelopmentUp to £40,000 + bonus potential Working hours, Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, and Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm (36 hour work week)We are recruiting for a Project Manager for a position within the New Product Development area of our manufacturing client based in Coatbridge, where the position will mainly be based but you will also sometimes be required to travel to the USA, Englandand Ireland as well. Many of the day-to-day activities of the role is over Teams/Zoom calls so this will also allow some working from home as well, but Coatbridge would be your primary work location.This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to oversee their New Product Development (NPD) Process, which involves multiple ongoing projects for introducing innovative new products to market and providing customised solutions for customers.Working within their Global Product Management department, the successful candidate will ensure that the NPD projects are closely aligned with the requests and requirements of their Sales and Marketing function, generate clearly defined project plans, coordinatethe NPD teams in all company worldwide locations, and oversee the NPD process from concept to product launch.As a proven Project Manager you will coordinate teams of multi-disciplined engineers, commercial, purchasing and production staff and will be expected to organise these into project teams with closely monitored timescales in order to deliver projects on-time,within budget and to the required technical specifications.Candidate requirements include:
