In this post you will supervise an administrative team of secretaries and administrative clerks and to provide a comprehensive administrative support to a team of clinicians, enabling clinicians to operate effectively and efficiently. You will need to ensure the work of the administrative team is carried out in accordance with NHS Lanarkshire’s standard operating procedures.In addition you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a team of clinicians, enabling clinicians to operate effectively and efficiently. Work in accordance with standard operating procedures.The Successful candidate must have an SVQ level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus experience as a medical secretary, with Advanced audio typing skills and a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.
