We will coach, train and support you, its more important that you have the right interpersonalskills and the intelligence to grasp our business and take us forward.We will be looking for:- Proven experience in a call centre environment preferred- A track record in helping to secure new customer accounts- Experience of customer services and sales, ideally in a telesales or customer service environment- The ability to work in a busy sales environment- Strong IT/computer skills- Good telephone and communication abilities- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/4 or equivalent- The ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities- Good negotiating skills and strong customer focus- The ability to understand and follow set processes
