Job Description

Commercial Administrator Location: BailliestonHours of work: 9am to 5pm (Monday to Friday)Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 DOEExperience: Administration/Microsoft packages/Excel/Commercial/TenderWhat the role will require you to do

  • The management of the Estimating registers
  • Downloading of all tender information
  • Importing bills to Estimating Software
  • Administrating Public Scotland Contract and other portals
  • Printing of architectural drawings/tender documents
  • Creating both electronic and manual project files
  • Issuing out drawings to the relevant suppliers
  • Chasing supplier quotations
  • File maintenance
  • Other general administration
  • Helping manage Quality Submissions
A bit about you
  • An experienced administrator or an individual with previous experience within the construction industry or similar would be advantageous
  • Competency with basic Microsoft Excel Attention to detail
  • Punctual with great organisational skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Tenacious and enthusiastic
  • Works well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise their own workload
  • Experience using Estimating Software
