Job Description

Role: Sales & Logistics CoordinatorSalary: £24k - £25kLocation: CoalvilleType: Temp to PermOverview2Fawcett are recruiting for Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join a business based in Coalville on a Temp to Perm basis. As Sales & Logistics Coordinator you will be reporting into the General Manager and you will have worked within a similar role previously.The Role & Responsibilities of the Sales & Logistics Coordinator

  • Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone calls, email, online shop etc.
  • Customer Service
  • Dealing with Hauliers - deliveries and Booking in etc
  • Produce quotations for customers from set price lists
  • Sales orders processing including pro-forma payments
  • Purchase order processing include direct shipments
  • Updating the CRM system
  • Liaising with internal production, suppliers and customers to meet required deadlines
  • Stock control and stocktakes on a regular basis in the warehouse
  • Various ad-hoc projects & reporting as required
Requirements of the Sales & Logistics Coordinator
  • Strong Administration and Customer Service skills are essential
  • Previously worked within a Transport or Logistics support role is desirable
  • Be computer literate and competent with software packages, in particular Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up systems quickly.
  • Have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills are essential
