Job Description

Due to the increasing growth of their business our client are now lookingfor an administrator with experience using excel to help process invoices. This is a temporary experience and no prior accounting experience is required.

  • Invoice routine maintenance, call outs, works and Projects jobs and process internal revenue releases onto the system ready for posting.
  • To liaise with both customers and internal staff to resolve invoice queries to ensure department falls within target levels
  • Batch control and posting of RTIs, Staged Billing and Maintenance Release batches
  • Control and management of relevant KPI status
  • Final Cost checking for any customer who require sign off of committed costs on POs issued to Trinity.
  • General workflow managementLiaising with regional works teams, the Central HUB and Regional Managers to ensure that jobs are being closed and RTIs submitted evenly throughout the month.
  • Assist with the processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses
  • Logging customer orders onto the system ensuring accuracy and compliance to internal and external policies.
You must be IT and Excel literate and will have a can do attitude. You will be able to plan ahead and have a good telephone manner.This is an excellent temporary opportunity
