* Architect* £29,000 - £35,000* ExeterWe are recruiting for an Architect to join one of Exeters leading RIBA Architectural practices. Since the start of the year, they have taken on three new architectural staff and they are continuing to grow!They are known for their high-quality designs and utilising the latest technology in the industry. They are moving office location to the outskirts of Exeter that provides onsite parking and leisure facilities to improve wellness and increase productivity.As a RIBA Practice, they employ 25 staff and they are currently working on some of the most exciting projects in the South West including a new hotel, school academies, healthcare facilities, and masterplans!This position as the Architect will see your work within their residential housing team which will involve working on larger-scale projects and more bespoke projects too.They are currently working on some of the most exciting projects in the South West including a new hotel, school academies, healthcare facilities, and masterplans!They are looking for someone with strong front-end design and good technical stage knowledge. Revit is used in the practice and having experience with this is desirable.
